2009/10 Launch Date Confirmed

he date has now been set for the launch of the 2009/10 Doncaster Best Bar None Awards Scheme. The Launch will take place on Tuesday 1st September at 11.30, following the Town Centre Pubwatch meeting. The event will be held in the Ballroom of the Mansion House on High Street.
Guests will hear about the benefits that Best Bar None has both for the individual venues applying and for the Town Centres and Villages involved.
There will by presentations from Chief Inspector Andy Kent from South Yorkshire Police and from Cathie Smith, Director of Training for the BII.
In addition to the standard Best Bar None benefits which help to make venues safer and more professionally managed Licensees in Doncaster will hear about the extra bonuses supplied by sponsors and supporters.
Training—BBN Members benefit from reduced rate training thanks to sponsorship and support form John Smiths and Atteys.
Solicitors Discounts—A comprehensive range of discounts for members and staff from Atteys.
Cheaper Insurance—Through NDML all BBN venues are eligible to reduced rate insurance.
Savings on Polycarbs—Oxby’s will give a discount on sales of Polycarbonate drinkware to all BBN accredited venues inDoncaster.
The presentations will be followed by a buffet lunch in the Great Kitchen, which will include a drinks reception provided by John Smiths and Britvic.
